The Ugandan national football team has arrived Morocco ahead of the official kickoff of AFCON. Uganda announced a complete 28-man roster, however, 17 players most of them being homebased players boarded the flight to the host nation, the other players will arrive to their Moroccan camp from their various clubs.

Uganda will be facing the Cartage Eagles of Tunisia, Super Eagles of Nigeria and Taifa Stars of Tanzania in what many may see as an easy group. However, this is AFCON, and no team is a small team anymore.

It is important to know that the Cranes (the Ugandan national team’s nickname) have lined up two friendly games to get their players in shape ahead of the tournament.
