A flight instructor teaching a pilot trainee

The first time I stepped into a cockpit, the world seemed to shrink and expand at once. The smell of engine oil mixed with new leather, sunlight glinting off a maze of dials, and the distant hum of activity on the runway made my heart pound with excitement. For a few breathless seconds, I imagined what it would be like to command such a powerful machine, soaring above the clouds.
How to become a pilot is amongst the top dreams of a lot of young people around the globe. To many, it is a dream worth going after, while to others, there is no need to push further; it is just the fantasy of a young mind.
